Proclinical is seeking a Client Services Representative to support clients in maximizing the value of products and services, fostering long-term, productive relationships. This part-time role involves ensuring client satisfaction, managing deliverables, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Fulfill contract specifications and respond to ad-hoc client requests to build satisfaction.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients.
- Ensure deliverables meet client specifications, including timeliness and quality.
- Collaborate with account managers to optimize client value from products and services.
- Maintain internal communication with sales and support teams regarding client activities.
- Monitor performance against service agreements and ensure obligations are met.
- Research and analyze client-specific business lines or therapeutic markets to address inquiries.
- Conduct product, service, and process training for clients and team members.
- Represent the company in external client projects and service meetings.
- Mentor and guide other client service representatives as needed.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in PC applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and analyze large transactional databases.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships in diverse business environments.
- Experience in meeting facilitation, presentations, and training.
- Ability to travel to client sites and offices as required.
- Bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry practices and products is advantageous.
