We are working with a leading and renowned business in Respiratory Diagnostics, focusing on product innovation, integration, and a patient-centric approach. They are currently looking for a new Field Service Engineer to join the team in the North of the UK.

Territory: Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham, Calderdale, York, Leeds, Scarborough, Northern England, and parts of the Midlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair and perform preventative maintenance on medical devices
  • Diagnose faults and deliver timely, effective technical solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers and manage service requests professionally
  • Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs and technical documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the wider service team and support product specialists
  • Help identify product issues and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality and GDPR compliance

Key Skills And Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, HNC or relevant technical experience
  • 3+ years' field service experience, ideally within the medical/healthcare sector
  • Strong electro-mechanical and troubleshooting skills
