- Work directly with managing director to structure deals and close orders
- Help define market focus, pricing logic, and positioning
- Contribute market intelligence that shapes ProcJet strategy
You will not:

- Be given warm leads
- Follow a fixed sales script
- Work within a corporate hierarchy

- Junior or early-career sales profiles
- Candidates looking for a base salary
- People who need structure to be in momentum
- Anyone expecting a read-made sales machine
Commercial Structure
Scales directly with deal value and repeat business. Long-term pathway for increased commercial influence as ProcJet grows (Details discussed openly with serious candidates.)
