Our client is looking for experienced Site Agents to join their team, focusing on projects within the Water sector. This role involves managing projects from contract award to completion, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental practices. Key Accountabilities – Site Agent: Efficiently allocate and manage site resources and staff. Provide regular updates to senior management on budget control and project progress. Ensure compliance with safe working systems and the organisation’s Safety Policy. Enforce and monitor the Division’s Quality Assurance and Environmental systems. Manage projects and contracts effectively, ensuring timely communication regarding project status. Supervise and guide Sub Agents and General Foremen, while overseeing Site Engineers, Foremen, and Gangers. Competency Requirements – Site Agent: Proven experience in managing diverse projects with major clients. Solid engineering background that has led to your progression to Site Agent. Technical/Professional Expertise and Qualifications – Site Agent: Essential: A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Desirable: Chartered status or nearing completion. Evidence of relevant post-graduation training, such as courses in Form of Contracts, Formwork/Falsework Appreciation, Concrete Technology, and Health & Safety Management.
