We are now looking for a European Sales Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, 35 hours per week, with clear opportunities for progression.

The Role

As a European Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth of our water quality analysers across European markets. Focusing on building relationships and securing new business within Europe via Distributors and Private labellers, you will represent our brand across multiple countries, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to handover with our Project Delivery Team.

Additionally, you will:

  • Develop and mentor junior staff members
  • Ensure the technical accuracy of proposals and tenders
  • Provide feedback to the Management Team on customer needs and market trends
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities

About You

To be considered as our European Sales Manager, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a technical sales role
  • Experience in business development and securing new business
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to travel across Europe
  • A valid driving licence
