Celonis is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations for our largest customers in a global services environment. You will articulate Celonis’ Services value proposition and collaborate with Sales, Partners and Value Engineering to define statements of work during the pre-sales phase.
You will guide customer engagements, identify additional services needs, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle, while mentoring teams and contributing to the overall success of the projects.
