Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the expansion and drive of sales activities that include all peer-to-peer events and the corresponding agendas, feedback and developing local language promotional materials that ensure the success of these events. They will create and design promotional materials for the business and measure the impact of such activities on the business working with sales leadership. This position will collaborate with Upstream Marketing, Professional Education, Capital Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Training, Customer Service functions and increasingly support events and trade show strategy, execution and KPIs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to help transform patient care from the ground up as part of a small energetic team in a dynamic company. The position requires critical and big picture thinking, the ability to take initiatives and lead change, and the ability to ask the right questions to assess the fundamental needs while working effectively with a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think creatively, manage multiple projects and can work at a fast pace.
Core Responsibilities
- Organize and communicate peer-to-peer engagements in partnership with Capital Sales & Clinical to drive improved therapy understanding.
- Drive regional, local engagement meetings & activities, prioritizing UK, Germany & France.
- Develop local language materials and campaigns in both digital and print media.
- Organize EMEA & National Exhibitions in partnership with the US & International Marketing Manager.
- Develop local language exhibition materials, booth designs and events to increase local impact.
- Measure & report monthly on ROI of marketing strategy and tactics.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and practices to understand gaps and build programs that drive growth with marketing team and training team.
- Interface closely with the Capital Sales and field team to implement programs for growth in priority target markets regions, prioritizing UK & Germany, France.
- Support distributor and secondary market activities where required.
- Partner with the Global Downstream Marketing to develop and deliver patient and clinical campaigns across multiple platforms and languages.
- Partner with the Global Downstream Marketing team to build downstream activities roadmap across multiple markets to drive messaging and awareness.
- Measure and report on competitive activities across multiple markets.
- Identify new business opportunities through expansion of existing products into new geographies or market segments, or enhancements of existing products to maximize opportunities.
- Support Global upstream team in the development and execution of new product launches to include forecasting, launch plans and sales support materials.
- Partner with the global Sales and Marketing organization to effectively communicate appropriate product, market, clinical, and competitive information to maximize sales results.
- Conduct product presentations for physicians, internal team and medical staff in the clinical environment or during sales training events.
- Develop strong product and market knowledge of BPH technologies to represent the product category with internal and external customers.
- Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
- Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing with medical device or healthcare experience preferred.
- Proven success supporting successful marketing strategies at the downstream level.
- Proven success working cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface successfully both with internal and external customers at every level.
- Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions in a complex environment involving trade-offs and risk-benefit assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with customers and internal employees.
- Professional work ethic, high capacity, strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to operate independently.
- Ability and enthusiasm to work at a fast pace and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Fluent in English required.
- Based in UK is preferred.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
