    • Lead regular supplier review meetings to monitor performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Manage supplier escalations and resolve disputes in a professional and commercially sensible manner.
  • Contract & Commercial Management
    • Oversee the full supplier lifecycle — onboarding, contracting, performance monitoring, renewal, and exit.
    • Ensure supplier contracts are current, compliant, and commercially sound.
    • Work with Legal and Commercial colleagues to negotiate and review terms and conditions, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Risk, Compliance & Governance
  • Financial & Operational Oversight
  • Continuous Improvement

Key skills and experience:

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing supplier performance through SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of contract management principles and risk assessment.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, contract databases, and supplier management tools.
