The UAT Manager is accountable for ensuring a smooth, successful, and client‑centric User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase for solutions delivered by the organisation. Operating within a technology supplier intermediary, the role acts as a key bridge between clients, internal delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure solutions meet agreed client requirements and are accepted with confidence. The UAT Manager leads a team of Test Engineers focused on supporting client success during UAT, validating that delivered solutions meet functional and non‑functional requirements, and ensuring UAT completes on time, with minimal friction and high client satisfaction.

Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing UAT for complex software solutions within a technology supplier or as a client implementation.
- Strong understanding of requirements validation, bug management, and QA and UAT governance.
- Demonstrable experience leading and developing testing or quality assurance teams, or relevant adjacent discipline.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently with non‑technical client users.
