The Job

The Client Management Coordinator will support the Client Management team in delivering a professional, consistent and well‑organised experience for Procentia’s clients.

The role will provide coordination, administrative and operational support across client governance, meeting preparation, action tracking, reporting, communications and internal follow‑up activity.

  • Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide general and day‑to‑day administrative support to Senior Client Managers across client accounts
  • Maintain client management documentation, including contact lists, trackers and shared folders to support accurate account management.
  • Support the preparation and follow‑up of client meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes, action updates and supporting documentation.
  • Collate information for account reviews, client updates and internal planning discussions, using agreed templates and inputs to support a consistent, insight‑led approach to client management.
  • Assist with routine client communications, follow‑up notes and administrative updates for review before issue.
  • Act as a coordination point across relevant internal teams as needed.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, notes and follow‑up activity.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal colleagues and client‑facing teams.
  • Proactive approach to tracking actions, resolving issues and escalating where needed.
