- Contributing to the Catalyst programme – support the Organisational Effectiveness workstream within Catalyst, helping translate transformation objectives into practical actions, clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
- Improving performance transparency – help establish baseline measures, performance frameworks and reporting artefacts that give leaders better visibility of organisational performance, risks, opportunities and progress.
- Turning insight into action – use data, stakeholder feedback, process insight and business analysis to identify improvement opportunities, support prioritisation and help build the case for change.
- Supporting continuous improvement and quick wins – help identify, shape and deliver practical improvements that remove friction, reduce duplication, improve efficiency and create measurable value for colleagues, clients and the wider business.
