The Technical Support Specialist is a technical subject matter expert (SME) supporting the growth of the business and providing expertise across Procentia products and client technical functions. This 2nd/3rd line support role requires strong technical acumen and triage ability.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide advanced support for IntelliPen, payroll processes, and client‑specific configurations.
- Complete SQL analysis, validation, reconciliation, and optimisation to support investigations and reporting.
Security, Compliance & Risk:
- Operate in line with data protection, GDPR, SOC/ISO, and financial services compliance requirements.
- Identify, elevate, and mitigate security risks or data integrity concerns.
Key Skills And Experience:
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Experience with SQL language.
- High ability to triage.
- Rapid learning of new technologies.
- Prioritisation, meeting deadlines, and delivering rapid outcomes.
- Experience with Microsoft ASP/ASP.NET, VB.NET, or C#.
- Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
- Python.
