The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Due to recent success with tendered projects, we require a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver various projects within the central belt managed from our base in Hamilton. We actively promote a positive working environment where teamwork, transparency and customer service are our key principles.

Within this role, you will seek to minimise the cost and risk of a construction project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required legal standards and quality. This includes ensuring statutory building regulations are met. You will prepare estimates and costs of the work and when the project is in progress, you will keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.

Working either in an office or on site, you will be involved in every stage of a project. Projects include commercial, industrial, and residential constructions.
