Contracts Manager – Windows Installation Team

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in glazing and construction? Do you thrive on delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
With an exciting pipeline of projects, we are now looking for a driven and organised professional to join our growing team as a Contracts Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping projects from concept through to completion, while working with a supportive and dedicated team.
What we’re looking for
We want someone who is not only technically skilled but also a natural leader and problem solver. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 5 years’ contracts management experience within the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience in the glazing sector.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Confidence in working on residential glazing projects, liaising with subcontractors and customers alike.
- A solid understanding of construction drawings and the ability to carry out site surveys.
- Experience writing programmes, setting targets, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are consistently achieved.
- Proven team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
What you’ll be doing
As a key member of our team, you’ll be trusted to take ownership of projects and ensure they run smoothly from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:
- Planning, managing and delivering projects to meet client expectations and business objectives.
- Developing project schedules and managing labour resources effectively.
- Monitoring site progress and coordinating with other trades and contracts managers.
- Recording and managing delays or variations.
- Continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard — and that every customer is delighted with the result.
