Our customer care team is responsible for ensuring that all our customers receive the best service at all times. This is done by keeping in regular contact with them and successfully resolving all the queries that arise from doing this.
You will need to respond quickly and effectively to queries from both clients and the cleaners, whilst also keeping the other party updated with the situation and outcome.
All of this information will then need to be accurately fed into our CRM system so we maintain an accurate history of all events.
The successful candidate will need to be a quick and logical thinker, able to work effectively under pressure, possess a good telephone manner, and be confident working with a CRM system and emails.
