RiverMead is a mission-driven, not-for-profit Life Plan Community (LPC) with two campuses nestled on 96 acres of scenic beauty in Peterborough, in the Monadnock Region of southwestern New Hampshire. Founded in the late 1700s and established with a strong emphasis on independence, dignity, and lifelong community connection, RiverMead opened its original campus (The Mead Campus) in 2001, expanded to create a comprehensive continuum of care that supports aging in place with a second campus (The Village Campus) in 2013, and most recently expanded with additional villas.
RiverMead is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide executive leadership for the organization’s financial operations and ensure long-term fiscal sustainability. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this individual is responsible for financial planning, accounting, investments and treasury management and will have a proven track record in successful financial oversight using accepted accounting principles, financial management techniques and practices.
The successful candidate for this position will have 8-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience with demonstrated experience in a not-for-profit CCRC, senior living, healthcare system, or similarly regulated environment strongly preferred.
