Procare Community Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a Band 6 nurse to join our night community nursing service. You will deliver essential nursing care to patients in their homes and care settings, supporting patients to remain at their preferred place of care during out-of-hours periods.

You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, manage complex clinical situations, administer medications including IV therapies, and provide compassionate end-of-life and palliative care.
