Overview
We are seeking an inspiring Clinical Lead to join our Adult Community Nursing service to cover maternity leave. You will provide visible leadership across Guildford and Waverley, ensuring safe, high-quality, and responsive care. The post holder will deliver a safe and high quality community nursing service in a defined locality through effective line management of the District Nursing and additional service lines teams, including the recruitment, budget, appraisals, continual professional development, key performance indicators, compliance, governance, and HR matters. This is a 12-month role starting in November 2026.
