Procare Community Services is seeking a Band 6 nurse to join our night community nursing service, delivering skilled care to patients in their homes and care homes out of hours.
You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, assessing and managing urgent clinical needs, administering medications including IV therapies, and supporting patients to remain in their preferred place of care.
The post is based around Milford Hospital area with a part-time pattern.
