Estate Maintenance Operative Location: Carrington, Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to £30,000
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:45pm; Friday 8:00am–3:45pm
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
The Opportunity We are recruiting for a hands-on Estate Maintenance Operative to look after the day-to-day upkeep of a large mixed-use estate in Carrington.
This is a varied, largely independent role covering estate inspections, grounds maintenance, minor repairs and contractor coordination. You will be trusted to organise your own workload, identify what needs attention and respond promptly when urgent issues arise.
The position would suit someone already working in estate maintenance, grounds maintenance, property maintenance or a similar practical role who takes pride in keeping a site safe, secure and well presented.
