An established and award winning UK housebuilder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their South West construction team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking developer with a long-standing reputation for quality homes and employee development. The Role:

  • Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations from inception through to completion - ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all construction activities in line with NHBC standards, Building Regulations and company specifications.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors to deliver build programmes efficiently.
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and quality, taking corrective action where necessary.
  • Uphold the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks, ensuring defect-free handovers.
