Were recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a leading bitumen manufacturing business in Warrington. Whether youre newly qualified or early in your career, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, safety-first industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the maintenance and repair of Electrical, Control, Instrumentation (EC&I), and Mechanical equipment.
• Support inspections, diagnostics, and fault finding on plant equipment.
• Maintain and assemble electrical components and systems.
• Respond to breakdowns and assist with plant modifications and upgrades.
• Perform instrumentation calibrations and assist with preventative maintenance routines.
• Record compliance checks and report defects.
• Work collaboratively with contractors and internal teams.

What Were Looking For:

• Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• 13 years\’ experience in a manufacturing, plant, or industrial setting (placements considered).
• Understanding or interest in PLCs, pumps, flow meters, and mixers.
• Strong team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
