Opportunity
Are you a Facade Manager looking to take ownership of a major residential scheme in Stockport? This is an opportunity to join a respected principal contractor delivering a £45m affordable housing development forming part of the wider town centre regeneration plans.
As Facade Manager, you will play a key role on a 130+ apartment scheme, supporting the successful delivery of high-quality one and two-bedroom homes. The project includes sustainable residential space, modern apartment blocks and a strong focus on creating long-term value for the local community.
This Facade Manager position is ideal for someone who enjoys being site-based, working closely with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants and senior management to keep the external envelope moving safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of facade packages across the project.
- Manage subcontractor performance, monitor programme progress, review quality, support design coordination and ensure works are delivered in line with health and safety expectations.
- Responsible for daily site coordination, resolving technical issues, driving productivity and ensuring facade works are completed to specification.
- Work closely with the project team to maintain communication, manage risk and support smooth delivery through each stage of the build.
This is a hands-on Facade Manager role where your input will directly influence the success of a high-profile residential development.
