Are you a Site Manager with strong internals experience on high-rise residential, student accommodation, hotel or multi-occupancy schemes? This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of one tower within a major four-tower residential development in Liverpool, managing the internal stages of a high-spec scheme that will deliver hundreds of new homes and premium resident facilities.
As Site Manager, you will be joining a fast-paced delivery team on one of the city’s most prominent live developments. You will take responsibility for internal trades, programme coordination, quality, health and safety, subcontractor performance and day-to-day delivery across your block. You will also be supported by an Assistant Site Manager, giving you the structure to focus on driving standards, solving issues early and keeping momentum across the internal fit-out.
ResponsibilitiesAs Site Manager, you will manage the internal works package from first fix through to finishes, handover and defect resolution. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress against programme, chair short-term planning meetings, drive quality inspections and ensure works are delivered safely and to specification.
The successful Site Manager will have previous experience delivering high-rise multi-occupancy projects such as residential apartments, student accommodation, hotels or similar large-scale developments. You will understand the pressure points of internal delivery, from sequencing trades and managing logistics through to maintaining quality across repeat units.
