A growing and exciting North West main contractor is delivering a £15m timber-frame housing development in Liverpool. This project, consisting of 100 bungalows and apartments, offers a two-year programme with long-term career potential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with a growing footprint in residential, commercial, industrial, and retail sectors—delivering schemes up to £25m. As Senior Site Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations on this flagship housing development, reporting into an experienced Project Manager and playing a key role in driving site delivery, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities of Senior Site Manager:
  • Take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of a 100-unit timber-frame scheme.
  • Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring programme milestones and H&S standards are met.
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager on performance, costs, and risk management.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, maintaining productivity across site activities.
  • Maintain high levels of quality and customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative site culture.
