As Senior Site Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations on this flagship housing development, reporting into an experienced Project Manager and playing a key role in driving site delivery, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities of Senior Site Manager:- Take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of a 100-unit timber-frame scheme.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring programme milestones and H&S standards are met.
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager on performance, costs, and risk management.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, maintaining productivity across site activities.
- Maintain high levels of quality and customer satisfaction throughout.
