This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected Tier 1 contractor working on a landmark regeneration scheme in Manchester. This role is part of a major city centre masterplan combining large-scale commercial, residential and specialist accommodation, with complex construction and stakeholder requirements.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a lead commercial role on the project with a clear path to step into a Managing QS position. It’s an ideal role for someone who’s looking to fast-track their career progression in a commercially robust and professional team.
You will be working on a technically demanding multi-use scheme that’s setting new standards in modern city development — combining innovation, sustainability and scale. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:
