Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career working on exciting commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects? We’re looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join a collaborative team based in Chorley, delivering high‑quality work across office, residential and hotel schemes. While direct fit‑out experience isn’t essential, you must have a proven record of commercial project delivery and strong commercial acumen.
As a Quantity Surveyor you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You’ll manage cost control, commercial risk, procurement and contract administration from inception through to completion, supporting project teams with robust commercial guidance and strategic input.
Responsibilities
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will:
• Lead cost planning and commercial management on a portfolio of commercial projects (offices, flats, hotels) including fit‑outs and refurbishments.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, valuations and variation assessments, maintaining detailed financial records throughout.
• Collaborate with project and design teams to influence value engineering and cost effective solutions.
