You will play a key role in shaping major residential projects – from early planning stages through to completion – using ASTA to manage programmes that keep everything on track.
You will be at the centre of it all: collaborating with internal and external teams, building detailed programmes, and proactively managing progress across multiple phases. What you’ll be doing:
- Take ownership of programme development and maintenance for multiple schemes, breaking down complex builds into logical phases.
- Use ASTA to create and manage detailed project schedules, working alongside site managers, surveyors, engineers, and the wider delivery team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Meet regularly with site teams and consultants to review progress, flag risks, and adjust timelines as needed.
- Produce reports and forecasts, contribute to resource planning, and build contingency plans to keep everything moving smoothly.
