This is an opportunity for site managers who enjoy coordinating trades, keeping a demanding programme moving and delivering a high-quality finished space.
The business has an established reputation for commercial office interiors and refurbishment, with wider expertise across education and specialist environments.
Commercial office fit-out experience is particularly relevant, but we would also welcome strong refurbishment and interiors backgrounds from other sectors.
The role
You will lead day-to-day site delivery, working closely with the project team and subcontractors to maintain safe working, programme progress and quality through to handover.

- Maintain site safety standards and organise clear daily briefings.
- Monitor workmanship, resolve site issues and drive snagging and completion.
- Coordinate interior finishes and building-services interfaces with the wider team.
- Communicate progress and constraints clearly to project managers and stakeholders.
- Plan works carefully where refurbishment or occupied environments require it.
- What we are looking for
- Site management experience delivering fit-out, refurbishment or substantial internal works.
- Evidence of strong finishing standards, subcontractor coordination and successful handovers.
- A practical understanding of sequencing, programme control and site safety.
- Clear communication and a proactive approach to resolving site issues.
- Ability to work on projects across Greater Manchester and the North West.
CAT A/CAT B office projects are especially relevant.
Candidates from education, healthcare, hospitality, retail or main-contractor interiors will also be considered where they can demonstrate comparable delivery skills.
Current SMSTS, appropriate CSCS and First Aid qualifications are required.
