Are you a Senior Site Manager looking for your next high-impact role? We’ve partnered with a well-established UK contractor preparing for a busy pipeline of hotel, residential, education and healthcare schemes into 2026 and beyond. The immediate opportunity is to step into a £30m+ multi-occupancy project in Manchester but with the broader opportunity to grow across multiple projects as the company wins further work. As Senior Site Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering complex programmes, with genuine potential for long-term progression through a diverse and expanding project portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of work-packages or zones, especially external works and façades - driving them from start to finish with autonomy.
- Organise and oversee junior site staff, ensuring tasks are executed to high standards of safety, quality and programme compliance.
- Liaise closely with operations and project management teams to coordinate deliveries, sequencing, subcontractors, and on-site logistics.
- Interpret and implement design/contract information relating to façade, external works or internal packages.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to health & safety, quality control, and site procedures at all times.
- Provide on-site leadership – making decisions without daily micromanagement, yet collaborating with stakeholders when needed.
