Are you an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor ready to take commercial leadership on a landmark project? This is a rare opportunity to lead commercial delivery on a flagship £100M+ city centre build with a highly respected Tier 1 contractor. As the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be the #1 commercial lead, shaping outcomes on a project with a 2‑year+ programme and strong ongoing pipeline potential.
OpportunityAs the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be entrusted with full commercial accountability from inception through delivery. You’ll work collaboratively with project directors, design teams and subcontractors to drive cost certainty, commercial strategy and risk management.
