OpportunityAs the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be entrusted with full commercial accountability from inception through delivery. You’ll work collaboratively with project directors, design teams and subcontractors to drive cost certainty, commercial strategy and risk management. Responsibilities- Lead all commercial activities for a high‑profile £100M+ project in Manchester city centre
- Prepare and refine cost plans, forecasts, valuations and commercial reports
- Manage contractual risk, procurement strategy and subcontractor engagement
- Drive commercial decisions and provide clear recommendations to senior leadership
