This Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor role is ideal for someone who has already gained experience working for a construction company and is looking to develop their commercial career within a supportive and ambitious environment. As an Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with an experienced commercial team, gaining hands-on exposure across a range of live refurbishment projects while building the skills needed to progress into a fully-fledged Quantity Surveyor. Responsibilities As an Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of multiple refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will assist with cost reporting, subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts while developing your understanding of commercial best practice.
