Due to continued growth, we have had a fantastic opportunity arise for a Purchase Ledger and Credit Control Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. Reporting to the Account Office Manager.
Your duties will include:
- Invoice runs
- Order amendments
- Credit checks
- Opening new customer accounts
- Processing directs
- Part-time credit control
- Inputting purchase invoices
Essentials for the job:
- Previous Accounts experience is essential - preferably covering both purchase ledger and credit control.
- Demonstrable experience of self-motivation when working to deadlines that require accuracy.
- Good IT skills - including Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial - Sage 500 would be excellent.
- Fantastic communication skills.
