Probrand has an award‑winning marketplace. Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger and Credit Control Accounts Administrator to join our finance team.
Responsibilities
- Invoice runs
- Order amendments
- Credit checks
- Opening new customer accounts
- Processing directs
- Part‑time credit control
- Inputting purchase invoices
Qualifications
- Previous accounts experience is essential – preferably covering both purchase ledger and credit control.
- Demonstrable experience of self‑motivation when working to deadlines that require accuracy.
- Good IT skills – including Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial – Sage 500 would be excellent.
- Fantastic communication skills.
