We are looking for a detail-driven Quality Coordinator to support and strengthen our Quality Management System. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business, maintaining electronic quality systems, driving data insights, supporting audits, and working cross-functionally to ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, suppliers, and customers to keep our systems robust, compliant, and audit-ready. This is a super opportunity to expand your Quality knowledge within a solid, stable manufacturing organisation.
DUTIES
- QMS & Systems Management
- Administer and maintain Q-Pulse (Electronic Document Management System)
- Manage and update the Quality Module in Sage
- Maintain QMS logs, registers, and controlled documents
- Data & Reporting
- Extract and analyse data from Sage to track Quality KPIs
- Collate and trend quality data (non-conformances, complaints, supplier performance)
- Present clear reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- CAPA, Investigations & Compliance
- Support and progress CAPA meetings
- Lead and/or contribute to investigations, root cause analysis, and report writing
- Maintain Supplier Appraisal and Risk Assessment systems
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a Quality, Compliance, or Administration role within a regulated or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Confident in extracting, analysing, and presenting data
- Solid understanding of QMS and document control principles
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
