LEV Sales Manager Package, Hours and Benefits
- £55,000 - £62,000 dependent on experience
- A sales incentive bonus scheme for above target sales

LEV Sales Manager Role Overview
This is an engineering-driven, solution-focused sales role specialising in LEV systems and capital equipment. You will design, sell, and own the complete customer journey from concept to order.
LEV Sales Manager Essential Experience, Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or capital equipment sales.
- Hands-on track record in designing and selling LEV systems for industrial or commercial applications.
- Strong knowledge of system design, including duct sizing, airflow calculations, and pressure loss analysis.
- BOHS P602 qualified, or keen to achieve certification within an agreed timeframe.
- Solid understanding of airborne hazardous substances, exposure limits, and COSHH/HSG258 regulations.
- Naturally methodical problem solver with a logical, analytical approach.
- Mechanical Engineering HNC/HND (or equivalent); experience with AutoCAD/3D design software is a strong advantage.
- Flexibility with travel - you will be required to visit customers' facilities throughout the UK as part of the day-to-day role.
LEV Sales Manager Key Responsibilities
- Drive your own £1M annual sales by generating, managing, and closing opportunities.
- Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, pricing, margins, and contract negotiations.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and reports, keeping leadership in the loop at every stage.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure solutions meet all legal and compliance standards.
- Conduct site visits, assessments, and measurements, presenting tailored LEV solutions that win orders.
- Create conceptual designs, calculations, and technical proposals to showcase the value of each solution.
- Work closely with specialist suppliers and subcontractors and hand over secured projects seamlessly to the delivery team.
