We're looking for a confident, proactive Production Supervisor to lead a team of 20β25 operators and team leaders, driving performance across Quality, Cost, Delivery and Productivity. Commutable from Lichfield, Tamworth, Fradley, Barton under Needwood, Rugeley, Cannock, Great Barr, Pelsall, Aldridge, Atherstone and Ashby-de-la-Zouch Responsibilities Manage, motivate and develop a team of 20β25 operators and team leaders. Monitor and improve QCDP results, ensuring production targets and customer expectations are met. Coach, support and develop your people, encouraging engagement, accountability and continuous improvement. Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste and optimise processes. Ensure production activities meet quality standards and established procedures. Take responsibility for day-to-day production performance, team effectiveness and working conditions Working across 3 shifts What We're Looking For Proven supervisory experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Automotive industry experience would be a distinct advantage. Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, systems and continuous improvement.
