Hours, Pay and Benefits
- £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
- 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, office-based role
- 33 days holiday, including bank holidays

- Commutable From: Shrewsbury, Wrexham, Newtown, Welshpool
Essential Candidate Requirements
- You will hold a degree in Industrial Design or Product Design (ideally a Masters, Undergraduate will suffice).
- Minimum of 5 years of strong industrial design skills with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency of 3D and 2D design, including Solidworks with a drive to create excellent ideas.
- Evidence of innovative thinking and experience taking designs from concept to commercially manufactured products.
- The ability to lead and inspire others, supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues in the department.
- Able to think creatively and push boundaries while balancing practical constraints and commercial viability.
- Excellent communicator, attention to detail, methodical, ability to manage time whilst working multiple projects.
