Vehicle Conversion Technician Engineer Hours and Benefits
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

This role is commutable from the following areas: n Vehicle Conversion Technician Role Overview
You will be developing and installing specialist equipment across a range of vehicles.
You'll combine vehicle surveys, data capture, fabrication, power tools and equipment installation, working closely with the design team to develop and validate new conversion kits.
Vehicle Conversion Technician Candidate Requirements
Practical engineering experience with a strong mechanical focus
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering information (CAD experience is useful, but not essential)
Knowledge of vehicle construction, components and functionality
A practical, logical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and Microsoft Office skills
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Vehicle Conversion Technician Key Responsibilities
Work alongside the Engineer to develop new vehicle conversion kits
Carry out vehicle surveys, measurements and data capture
Check, maintain and validate engineering data
Fabricate and install specialist mobility equipment
Produce clear technical documentation and installation information
Support parts, kit and development activities
