We are offering a role for a driven and experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer in order to become an integral part of our expanding team. We blend heritage craftsmanship with forward-thinking processes and as our Manufacturing Process Engineer, this role is key in helping us deliver excellence at every stage of production.

- Champion continuous improvements
- Support new product and process introduction
- Utilise process knowledge to improve safety, quality and cost efficiency
- Cost and waste reductions
- Improve factory layouts
- Enhance capabilities of equipment
Requirements:
- Relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience from within manufacturing
- Knowledge of manual and semi-automated processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret CAD data
- Experience ideally of shop floor machining and manufacturing processes
- Exposure to quality control tools such as PFMEA and Control Plans
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
