I'm working with a fast-growing manufacturing company based near Telford, and we're looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their dynamic team. As they continue to expand, they need someone who can lead and develop their maintenance department while ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities. This role is a mixture of hands-on and hands-off and will suit someone who has experience with continuous improvement activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and reducing downtime across the site. You'll work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure maintenance best practices are followed, while also helping to shape a culture of reliability and performance.

Maintenance Supervisor Duties include:
- Continental days 7:00 19:00 (Flexi time)
- Lead and implement maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement
- Implement and effectively establish key engineering processes
- Deliver most effective maintenance program to meet site performance
- Plan and improve site reliability
- Implement PPMs
- Update and control CMMS (Spidex and Mainsaver)
- Developing individuals to have correct competencies
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements include:
- Apprentice trained or degree equivalent in engineering discipline
- Strong working knowledge of continuous improvement
- In-depth knowledge of TPM
- Experience planning engineering activities
- CMMS experience (Preferably Mainsaver / Spidex)
- FMCG experience would be beneficial
