Benefits Available for a Maintenance Supervisor: * Annual Salary c£48,000 * Enhanced Company Pension (with above average company contribution) * Above Average Holiday Entitlement * Life Assurance (above average company contribution) * Free Onsite Parking * GENUINE Ongoing Training & Career Development * Well Structured Maintenance Department, Working with Top End Equipment in a Clean, Efficient and Well Organised Plant. * Stable Industry Sector Duties of a Maintenance Supervisor As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be required to lead the maintenance team ensuring that PM’s are undertaken to schedule whilst also managing breakdown situations, which will require you to have experience of supporting plant and equipment within either a manufacturing, process or production environment. Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor * You must have proven experience in undertaking planned and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment. * And either currently hold a supervisory post or hold a lead maintenance role where you have had some exposure to managing PM activity, issuing permits, organising contractors and mentoring apprentices. * Allied to holding either City & Guilds or NVQ accreditation within an Electrical or Mechanical discipline and be apprentice trained. The Maintenance Supervisor role is commutable from Alvechurch, Bromsgrove, Catshill, Redditch & Studley. Please Note: Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
