I have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join a heavy, high-volume production site in Bilston near Wolverhampton. My client is well established within its field and produces some big brand products for the likes of Screwfix, B&Q and Wickes.

My client is looking for an experienced maintenance manager who has experience managing multi-disciplined engineering teams within a manufacturing environment. You will ideally be qualified to a HNC level or above.

Maintenance Manager Benefits:

Maintenance Manager Duties include:

  • Days (42.5 hours per week).
  • Leading an engineering team.
  • Daily man management.
  • Dealing with external OEMs and Contractors.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards.
  • PPMs.
  • KPI management.

Maintenance Manager Requirements include:

  • Ideally Qualified to HNC or above.
  • Previous experience managing engineering teams.
  • High-volume manufacturing experience.
  • Demonstratable performance.
  • A good understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • CMMS experience.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
