Benefits: In return for your Maintenance Engineer – Reliability skills and experience, we offer:- * Starting Salary to £45,000 * Day Working (with the option of a flexible start & finish time) * Company Funded Pension * Life Assurance * Healthcare * Excellent Holiday Entitlement * On Site Parking Duties of a Maintenance Engineer – Reliability As a proven Reliability Centered Maintenance Professional you will be required to lead all RCM activities within an established maintenance department, that already undertakes (and records) Preventative Maintenance activity. Requirements of a Maintenance Engineer – Reliability Ideally you will be apprentice trained but must be qualified Electrically and ideally have the following experience: * Proven experience in managing Planned Maintenance activity with the use of CMMS software. * Experience of critiquing machine failures to increase plant performance. * Experience of undertaking plant related Continuous Improvement projects. * Ideally some exposure to undertaking Condition Based Monitoring. The role is commutable from Aldridge, Hednesford, Brownhills, Lichfield, Shenstone & Tamworth Please Note: Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
