A great opportunity for a mechanically bias Maintenance Engineer to join a busy and successful roll form manufacturer in the West Midlands. Working across a broad range of market sectors such as construction, commercial vehicles, storage systems and much more. My client is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the afternoon shift (2:00pm 10:00pm) to maintain all kit on site. Maintenance Engineer Benefits: £38,000 Company contribution pension. Overtime at premium rates. 25 days + BH Early Finish Friday. Quarterly bonus. Training. Maintenance Engineer Duties: PM shift 2:00pm 10:00pm Carry out planned maintenance activities. Maintaining site equipment. Regularly liaise with other departments regarding maintenance issues. Atten breakdowns, fault-find and repair. Machine improvements. Update maintenance logs. Order critical spares. Maintenance Engineer Competencies: Relevant engineering qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Practical experience of Mechanical duties Welding. Hydraulics and Pneumatics experience. An awareness of health and safety legislations. Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to read technical drawings.
