Your Role Junior Maintenance Engineer:

This is a blended hands-on engineering position. You’ll operate production equipment and support the maintenance team with both planned and reactive tasks, developing your multi-skilled engineering ability.

Duties include:

  • Assisting in routine and breakdown maintenance
  • Learning and applying hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
  • Supporting production line efficiency and equipment reliability
  • Working alongside senior engineers to build your experience

What You’ll Need:

  • Basic engineering or maintenance experience ideally gained in manufacturing or production
  • Apprentice trained or qualified to NVQ / City & Guilds level (Electrical or Mechanical)
  • A strong interest in building your multi-skilled maintenance knowledge
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
