Your Role Junior Maintenance Engineer:
This is a blended hands-on engineering position. You’ll operate production equipment and support the maintenance team with both planned and reactive tasks, developing your multi-skilled engineering ability.
Duties include:
- Assisting in routine and breakdown maintenance
- Learning and applying hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
- Supporting production line efficiency and equipment reliability
- Working alongside senior engineers to build your experience
What You’ll Need:
- Basic engineering or maintenance experience ideally gained in manufacturing or production
- Apprentice trained or qualified to NVQ / City & Guilds level (Electrical or Mechanical)
- A strong interest in building your multi-skilled maintenance knowledge
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
