Assembly Operative in Kingswinford

Join a successful and well-established international manufacturing business as an Assembler, working within a modern, state-of-the-art production facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products.

You’ll be responsible for assembling modular components into finished conveyor belts to meet customer requirements, with full on-the-job training and coaching provided to help you develop your skills.

Working as part of a supportive, team-focused environment, you’ll play an important role in maintaining high standards of quality, productivity and safety.

The role would suit someone with good hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, good basic maths and communication skills, and a proactive approach to their work.

Assembly Operative include

• Assemble modular components to produce finished conveyor belts in line with customer orders and specifications.
• Work efficiently to meet required productivity and output targets.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
• Follow all health, safety and company procedures at all times.
• Carry out basic checks to ensure products meet the required standards before completion.
• Keep the work area clean, organised and safe.
• Work closely with colleagues as part of a fast-paced, team-focused production environment.
• Take responsibility for your own workload and demonstrate a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Support overtime and weekend working when required to meet production demands.

Assembly Operative Requirements include

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
