Job Description Following continued development within the Maintenance department, we're looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Electrician to join a global leader resolving reactive breakdown repairs, reducing machine downtimes to a minimum. \n Working a Continental shift of 4 days 4 off 4 nights 4 off, in return for your Maintenance skills and experience, we offer for the Maintenance Electrician: \n \n £47,153.85 (including shift allowance) \n 23 days holiday + 8 Bank Holiday \n Annual pay review \n Auto-enrolment people's pension \n Christmas shutdown \n Opportunity (post-probation) for contractual overtime taking annual salary to £53,359.53 \n \n You must be a time served engineer – electrical bias, preferably multi skilled. Self-motivated with the will to improve the equipment effectiveness. Experience of working in an Automated/ Production/ Injection moulding environment is a definite advantage. Some key responsibilities include: \n \n To provide shift breakdown cover on all machines, automation equipment and any ancillary equipment. \n To provide PPM on machines, automation equipment and any ancillary equipment. \n To work in an efficient and safe manner on breakdown repairs on all equipment \n To support and implement progressive improvements of our existing manufacturing \n \n The role of Maintenance Electrician is commutable from: Melton Mowbray, Corby, Leicester, Kettering, Market Harborough, Grantham and Peterborough. \n Please Note: Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK. \n Our aim is to help you secure the best possible future for yourself
