A global supplier with several decades of experience, this is one of their most exciting periods of growth with them looking to expand into new markets and industries.

Hours and Benefits
- £45,000 - £55,000
- 37.5 Hours per week, 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday

This position is commutable from Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Cannock, Walsall, Lichfield, Burntwood.
Essential Candidate Requirements
- A proven, strong engineering background (qualified or time-served).
- Proven track record in business development or sales within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently in a small business setting.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel; Sage experience beneficial - training can be provided).
- CAD experience advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business whilst supporting and developing existing customer relationships.
- Identifying, targeting, and developing new markets and customers.
- Managing sales activities from initial contact through to order placement.
- Preparing estimates and quotations.
- Working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate costing and delivery.
